FreeAudiobookLibrary provides audiobook discovery and playback features, including access to audio derived from content we believe to be legally shareable. Features may change, be improved, or be removed at any time.

3. Eligibility and Use

• You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You may not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
• You may not use the service to violate intellectual property rights or other legal rights.

4. Paid Downloads

• Streaming audiobooks in the browser is free.
• Optional offline downloads are sold for a $1 base price plus applicable sales tax at checkout (calculated by Stripe from your billing address) and processed by Stripe. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• Downloaded files are for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser's household.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• Content availability may vary by title, jurisdiction, and licensing status.
• FreeAudiobookLibrary branding, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You are responsible for ensuring your own use of content complies with local law.

6. Acceptable Use

• No automated abuse, scraping intended to degrade service, or denial-of-service behavior.
• No reverse engineering or attempts to bypass service controls except where permitted by law.
• No unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive use of the platform.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeAudiobookLibrary and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
